How do I place my initial order?

Can I return the cartridges I already have to you or do you only accept InkFlip cartridges?
You can send us any cartridge you have, whether it's a brand-name original or one that you have refilled yourself or purchased refilled from someone else. Just remember, whatever model # you send to us, that's the model # we'll send back to you!
How do I create an account with InkFlip?
If you order online, you will be prompted as you are checking out to enter all of the appropriate information. We'll even store your billing and shipping information for you so re-orders or new orders are easy. If you order by telephone, we'll still create an online account for you and send you your login information for future use. No matter how you order the first time, you can always order online or by telephone in the future – it's your call - or login!
When I run out again how do I re-order?
When you put your InkFlip full cartridge in your printer, you simply put your empty back in our box (instructions are on the inside lid), fill out the "Return Menu" (found on the outside of the ziplock static bag which holds your inkjet cartridge), place the pre-addressed, pre-paid shipping label we sent with your order over the original shipping label and drop it in the mail (United States Postal Service). Shipping is FREE. We'll refill your cartridge, bill your credit card on file, and send it back to you immediately.
What if I want to order another cartridge or a different cartridge?
Easy. Simply login to your account online or give us a call at 888.561.1112 and we'll be happy to help.
What if I don't want you to send me another cartridge?
You could certainly just not send your next empty our way. However, the environmentally friendly thing to do is to go ahead and stick your empty in our box and check the RECYCLE ONLY box on the "Return Menu". That will tell us to recycle your cartridge for one of our other customers. Remember, with InkFlip you are never obligated to make another purchase and there is no recurring billing. We only fill your cartridge and bill you at your request when you're ready.
What forms of payment does InkFlip accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
When will my credit card be charged?
For all order, whether initial orders or refill orders on cartridges you have sent back to us, your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.
How can I get a copy of my invoice?
As soon as we charge your card for your order, a copy of your invoice will be mailed to the email address we have on file for you. You can also print a copy of your invoice once you complete your online checkout. Also, your shipment will contain a copy of your invoice. Or, you can contact Customer Service by phone (888.561.1112) or email (email@example.com) and we'll gladly get a copy to you electronically, by fax or by mail.
How quickly can I expect my order to ship?
Unless your desired item says "backordered" (see below) orders placed before 12:00 pm Central Time will go out the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm Central Time will go out the next business day. Note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will go out the next business day.
If my desired product says "backordered" what does that mean?
It just means that InkFlip is out if the product you are requesting. Don't worry, we've already ordered the item for our stock and it will be available to send your way typically in 1 to 2 business days. Feel free to go ahead and place your order. We'll keep you posted and send you a shipping and billing notice as soon as it's ready to go.
What if I need to cancel an order?
No problem. Either call Customer Service at 888.561.1112 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that orders which have been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, we can, at the time of your call or email, provide an RMA number for you to return the product once you have received it.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only if you live in Tennessee, (sorry fellow Tennesseans).
What are my choices for shipping?
Every ink cartridge is mailed via U.S. Postal Service – reaching anywhere in the country from 1 to 5 business days (typically 2 – 3).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always FREE for your entire order!
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently, but if you're interested in international shipments sign up for our newsletter for upcoming announcements.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Sorry, Monday through Friday only.
Do you ship to Canada?
Sorry, since we rely on the United States Postal Service to handle our ink we don't currently have the ability to ship to Canada. Stay tuned, however, as we anticipate a Canadian partner in the future.
Do you accept returns? If so, what's the process?
Of course. Either call (888.561.1112) or email (RMA@inkflip.com) us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning. This simply allows us to properly track your return and credit your account in a timely fashion. Don't worry; shipping the item back to us is EASY and FREE since you already have the shipping box and a pre-addressed pre-paid return label.
If I have a problem will you offer a replacement cartridge?
We stand behind all of our products with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee and will gladly replace (at our cost of course) any defective product. Before we do so we just ask that you take a minute and either check our Troubleshooting Guide or contact one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Agents for assistance at 88.561.1112. If we can't easily resolve the issue we will gladly give you an RMA number for the defective item and send out a replacement right away.

Will InkFlip cartridges void the warranty on my printer?
No – there is Federal legislation (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act) that protects your rights and your warranty.
What is the "shelf life" of your cartridges?
Inkjet cartridges are good for a minimum of one year.
What does the term "compatible cartridge" mean?
It simply means that the cartridge is a NEW cartridge made by someone other than the original equipment manufacturer. It's the same product with the same quality at up to 70% savings over the "name brand".
What does the term "remanufactured cartridge" or "refilled cartridge" mean?
They both mean the same thing. A remanufactured or refilled cartridge is an inkjet "shell" that has been ultrasonically cleaned, refilled with high quality ink, electronically tested and then print tested to assure that it has been brought back to the same quality as when it came new from the manufacturer.
Will your remanufactured and compatible cartridges last as long as the OEM cartridges I have been buying?
All of our cartridges are manufactured following OEM specifications. As a matter of fact, many of them exceed OEM specs. The bottom line is that our products will give you print quality and page yields that are the same or greater than the OEM models.
